When contemplating ultimate, spiritual, or nondual truths, our parts may attempt to turn what is meant to be understood experientially into a new belief to defend.
The identities our parts form around spiritual beliefs can be challenging to recognize and unravel.
But if we notice defensiveness or an agenda, we can be sure we're blended with a part.
Because our essential nature has nothing to defend.
