What Do We Know?
Knowledge is a story about how the world works.
We make progress when we replace bad explanations, or bad stories, with better ones.
But what do we really know?
We may say that we know that we're aware. But formulating that knowledge requires crafting a conceptual story.
If we open to our raw experience, and we allow all thoughts, concepts, and stories about experience to pass, what remains?
